Tutorial How to Create Polaroid Effects in CorelDraw

Steps in Creating Polaroid Effects

  1. Draw a 2 Rectangle shape,

a.      Place the 1 rectangle into the mid of another rectangle by dragging the object into the center.
b.      Drag the 2 object  and right click then choose the group or simply control + G
c.       Refer the image below.
  2.  Pick a color into whatever you want and place it inside the border to make the rectangle not become              transparent and also pick a color inside the rectangle.
a.       This example the color of the border is gray and inside the rectangle is white
b.      Refer the image below.
         3. Copy the object or simply click the Shift and + sign to make the object duplicate.
a.       Place the duplicate object into whatever you want by dragging it into another place or you can also rotate the object.
b.      You can also choose the order command to make the one object place into a Front or Back of page or either back one or forward one.
c.       Refer the image below.




4.     Place again another color  inside  the rectangle by using the Smart Fill tool.
a.       This example the color inside the rectangle is color yellow.
b.      Refer the image below.
          5. Combine the color inside the rectangle
a.       Hold the Shift and click the mouse inside the box 1 by 1
b.      After finish clicking inside the rectangle right click the mouse then click the combine or simply click the Ctrl + L
c.       Refer to the image below.
     6.  Importing Picture.
a.       Go to file>import and choose the image that you want.
b.      Resize the image that fit into our rectangle.
c.       Refer the image below.
    
7 Placing the image inside the object.
a.       Click the image and go to effects >PowerClip>Place Inside Container and click the rectangle.
b.      Refer the image below.
     8.   After we place it into a container we group it by dragging the image right click then click the group and this is the  Final Result.

     to save your file as JPEG go to>File>Export>click Export.
