there are many ways to create a bootable USB drive..WinToFlash  are one of the easiest way to create a bootable Windows Installer ..this will guide you on how to create a bootable installer using wintoflash..

What is WinToFlash?
WinToFlash is a software for transfer your Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 2008, Windows 7 setup from CD or DVD to USB in some mouse clicks. This is about you can install your Windows from flash drive, USB pen, HDD, etc to your computer or netbook...

Creating Bootable USB Installer..
Requirements:

• FlashDrive(4gb recommended)
• Windows Installer(Windows XP,2003,Vista,7,8)
• WinToFlash(Download here)

1. After you download the WinToFlash create a folder and name it to wintoflash,extract the wintoflash.zip into the folder wintoflash that you created earlier.

2. Open the WinToFlash Application,accept the EULA agreement,and click the icon check, it will prompt another dialog click next..

3.under Windows File Path click the select button and browse the installer also in  USB drive select the drive

 letter that you want to make bootable click next to start transferring Windows Setup to USB drive and wait it to finish...make sure that if you have a files into your flash drive make sure that you created them a backup because during the transferring process it will loss all the files into your Flash drive..

4. Done and you have now a bootable Windows Installer..
