Instructions:

go to:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc or simply
start>run>C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc









move the host file to the desktop
goto the desktop and simply double click the host and open w/ notepad





















just delete all the text inside the host file
after you delete just add this IP or any IP that you want, followed the site that you want to block
ex:10.102.61.238 symbianize.com
    10.102.61.238 twitter.com
    10.102.61.238 facebook.com
    10.102.61.238 pinoyden.com

save the file and then move the host file to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
done..

for Windows XP you can edit the host file directly to the directory of the host file.

You can used Folder search and option to find your hidden files w/out using application this is the step by step procedure

1st goto organize > select the folder search and options

 2. after clicking the folder search and option it prompt another dialog box,select the show hidden files folders and drives.
uncheck the

• hide empty drives in the computer folder
• hide extension for known files type
• hide extensions for known files types"

Follow this steps for WINDOWS 8.

 go to view >option> another dialog will prompt.

select the show hidden files,folders or drives instead the dont show hidden files and
uncheck the

• hide empty drives in the computer folder
• hide extensions for known file types
• hide folder merge conflicts 
• hide protected operating system files

and now your able to see your hidden files in your system and also the hidden files caused by a virus..
