1. Open the Photoshop and the image that you want to put inside your container or text.
2. Duplicate your Background layer
- CTRL + J to duplicate.
3. Create layer between the two image this will be the background of the text image.
- click the background layer and go to Layer>New Layer or Simply CTRL + SHIFT + N dont change the layer name and click ok.
- another way to create layer.
- After creating layer.
4. Fill the color of the layer 2.
- to fill the color select the layer 2 go to Edit>Fill or Simply SHIFT + F5
- this would be the image after filling the layer 2 with the color sky blue.
5. Adding Text
- to add text click "T" or simply refer to the image below.
- choose a fonts style and Size of the text
- After Clicking the Type Tool you can see this refer to the image below.
- choose Font Style and the size of text
- Click to the work space and write the text that you want.
- you can use the free transform to resize to the bigger one or to rotate the text,just check the show transform Controls.
- after resizing using free transform.
6. Drag the layer 1 to the top of the layer.
- after putting the layer 1 into the tap, as you can see the the text is disappeared because the tap of the layer is currently in layer 1.
7. Create Clipping Mask(the selected layer must be layer 1)
- to create clipping mask go to>Layer>Create Clipping Mask or simply CTRL + ALT + G
- after applying clipping mask this would be the result.
8. Adding drop shadow to the text this would add shadow to the text and it make your image nice.
- Select the Text right click>blending option>click the drop shadow
- set the opacity to 100 and the distance to 26.. or you can adjust the shadow depends that fit to you.
9. This is the Final Result
to save the image as .png go to file>save as>under format choose .png and click save.
